The inspiration for this handmade cherry muddler came from our summer backyard mojitos. It is the perfect tool for crushing mint (fresh from the garden) and limes. Nothing works better than natural wood--a twisted stick for your twists of lime! Works great for crushing herbs and also the perfect size for making mini tarts and pecan tassies. Works well when crushing garlic or making guacamole. We've even used it during canning season to pack hot peppers, etc. into quart jars. My design has changed a little, making both ends usable, one end flat and the other rounded, so it works well with a flat or rounded-bottom glass. Each muddler measures approx. 10" in length and the base is approx. 1-1 1/2" in width. Treated with our "Magic Spoon Potion", an organic blend of beeswax and coconut oil. Handwash please.
